The Wizard ..... Then and Now

I know, I know, it has been a long time since I have blogged but I think this will make up for it for all you Fred Savage fans out there. I remember as a kid watching on of Fred's first movies "The Wizard" back on one of our first VHS players. Recently, I was able to go visit the dinosaurs that Jimmy wanted to visit in C A L I F O R N I A. Here are some photos from the movie of what it looked like back in the late 1980's and what it is today.

The lunch box Jimmy carried all the way from Utah to California on their adventure.

Fred and Jimmy inside the dinosaur. Today there is a gift shop inside were this was filmed. I really should have taken some photos but oh well maybe next time.

As many of you know I am a big MJ fan and have been following the trial of DR. Conrad Murray everyday. During the course of this trial I have learned a lot about the court system. I don't know many people would say this, but I am looking forward to my jury service come early December because of what i have learned while watching this case.

Yesterday was the boys last T-ball game of the season. I knew that this was an event that I didn't want to miss. It was fun watching a bunch of 4 years run around and chance a ball and try to focus on the game.

I decided while in Florida that I needed to reupholster another couch and let the other one go. After finding an oldie but a goodie from the 50's on craigslist, I began the process of removing the old and making it new again. After a few weeks of staples (bought an air compressor) and some blood it is finally done.

I would love to hear what you think of the before and afters.

If you would like to know more about the process email me and I will be happy to share some of my secrets. :)

I would also like to give a shout-out to my Quality Control, John. Thanks for your help. Hope you learned something.

Easter Eve with the Monkeys

This year I went and spent Easter Eve with the Monkeys. It was so much fun to see them grow in there egg hunting skills from last year. Here are a few pics from the big hunt.

The boys were nice and let me use them as models for a friends project. After much prompting I finally got some "Blue Steal" faces out of them. It is amazing what four year olds will do for a trip to the dollar store in their favorite aunts car.

California Tsunami Threat

As many us now know Japan had a horrible 8.9 earthquake yesterday early evening. Being on the west coast events such as this always seem to make there way over in some form of warning or alert. This morning I woke-up to news reports of the West Coast was at an alerted tsunami state. After hearing this news I do what any photographer does, grab the camera and head to the source of the "action".

After getting several phone calls from friends and family to get my first hand account of the alert, I headed to Balboa Pier.

I took the ferry across and everything seemed like a normal slow going morning at the beach. I had a little chat with some ferry workers while digging for some money and they didn't seem to have any worries about getting across. Just another day at work for them.

The Newport Beach showed up to make sure no one did anything stupid. Pretty quiet, he didn't even leave his van.

There was a barrier setup to keep people from the end of the pier. No chance of getting breakfast at Ruby's this morning.

Nice guy out taking pictures. Can't remember his name but he was nice to look at.

Tsunami waves?

Before you knew it, families were out on the beach playing with the kids.

Happy Birthday Mason!

There is something special about Star Wars that both young and old enjoy this classic tale of good vs evil. The boys, even though they have never seen the movies, love sword fights and pretending to be space rangers saving the universe (saving Baby O from Annie the German Shepard).

I even got into the game for a little while being a bad guy and chasing them around the yard with a Light Saber. Take a close look at the size of my Saber, yes it is a total of 6 inches long, and the boys had ones that were almost as tall as me. I felt a little ill equipped at times, to say the least.

I think the age range on the helmet was for 7 year olds.

May the force be with you Baby O.

Net Neutrality

After reading a blog posting this morning I thought it was important to shed some light on a topic that I have been following for a little while now, net neutrality. Net neutrality is the idea of keeping the internet speed and access open to all no matter who your Internet Service Provider (ISP) is. The FCC came out with a ruling that will help maintain this freedom. The following is a quote from from that ruling:

"Now is an exciting time. Web developers, companies, governments and citizens should work together openly and cooperatively, as we have done thus far, to preserve the Web’s fundamental principles, as well as those of the Internet, ensuring that the technological protocols and social conventions we set up respect basic human values. The goal of the Web is to serve humanity. We build it now so that those who come to it later will be able to create things that we cannot ourselves imagine."

My Birthday Adventure part 2

Ok, so my birthday was almost 20 days ago, but there was one thing that I had to postpone due to weather, paragliding. I went down to Torrey Pines Gliderport and went paragliding for the first time. It was so so amazing. Have you ever rode Soaring Over California at California Adventure? Well this was like that but a million times cooler and there were no Japanese tourist taking pictures in front of me. So so cool. If you ever get the chance to do it, go for it. The guys at Torrey are real pros and took me for a ride I will never forget. Note to self: make time in my schedule to take the lessons so I can get my pilots license. One more thing to add to the bucket list. Don't worry internet I will let you know if I get my license and I take you up for a spin.

Felt like a wedgie suit. It doesn't do nice things for my thighs.

So amazing. Flying free over the ocean like a bird.

While up I noticed two people below with funny tan lines. :)

I also sprang for the video. I need to edit that down a bit and add a cool music track, thinking something bob Dylan, since my instructors name was bob.

My Birthday Adventure

Some of you may know that I am a Michael Jackson fan, so for my birthday I decided to visit Neverland Ranch in Los Olivos, California.

When I told people that this is what I wanted to do for my birthday adventure I got a lot of funny looks. So here is some of the photos from that day.

Three and a half hours and a little stop from CHP officer we arrived at the gates of Neverland Ranch. The atmosphere was mostly quiet but we did meet some friends along the way.

Everywhere you look you see messages written to Michael and his family.

This was the message that I left behind.

A message that John left behind.

This was one of the friends from the UK that we met. Notice his monkey shirt. How fitting for the Ranch visit. Him and his buddies just cracked us up.

Did you know that Neverland gets more then 60 guests a day Monday thur Friday and on the weekend more then 200. On the anniversary of his death they had more then 300.

Notice the missing sign. Lots of things are missing now that the Jackson trust is only part owner.
This was taken just to the left of the gates.
Did you know that Neverland Ranch is more then 3,000 acres of land? Imagine all the fun one could have on four wheelers one could have.

Down the road from the main gate. It was kind of funny to hear children playing in the background while hanging out.

Our next stop took us to Solvang, CA. We felt out of place here. I think the minimum age requirement was 70 years old and you had to have matching outfits with your spouse.
Sorry I didn't get a picture of that.

Our last stop of the day was the current home of Michael's children and mother. The house is unmarked and is located off Hayvenhurst Ave in Encino, CA. The gate just happened to open for a landscape truck to come through so I could get a quick peek. :)

Miss Maya turned 6 and this was the event of the year to attend. Little Miss decided to go with a Tea Party theme that was enjoyed by all.

Here are are some of the highlights.

Table setting complete with lit candles and lemon aid.

Practicing on how to walk like a lady, after all only true "ladies" attend tea parties.

After tea was served a round of croquet was in order.

Nothing like some ice cream cake after playing in the hot sun.

The ladies of the afternoon. Oh I love your hats and gloves.

The gentlemen of the afternoon.

I don't know if they really liked the tea party or just came along for the cake. Mason next time you come to a tea party you might want to think about taking a bath beforehand. Although this is a great way to keep the girls away.

It's that time of year again. The OC fair!

Oh man I can't believe it has been another year. This year I entered 3 pictures into the OC fair photography contest and had 2 rejected but 1 made it in. Little did I know that would be all it took. This year I placed 1st in the professional color / black and white misc. category.

This was a picture that I felt inspired to take one day after coming home from a meeting. Some days I feel the beauty of the earth so strong and feel that I have to capture it for all to see.

So after I found out that I placed 1st I rounded up the monkeys and we went to the fair to celebrate.

Oh Maya I love how you embrace the camera. One day you will be a super star!

I guess the boys are getting to old and big to hold anymore. Oh so sad. Oh May May where did the days go?
I think this hot dog is bigger then her head. What do you think?

Got to see the racing pigs. Oh how the kids loved it.

Every year I wait and wait for the 4th of July. I think since moving to the island it has become one of my favorite holidays. The people flock to the island like it is the birthplace of the country. So many people to see!

This year I set out a bit late but was able to get several shots that I feel really represent the 4th island style. I think this years theme was lemonade stands and stands of all kinds run by kids.

I think this was the cutest thing I saw all day. In his had is a cup that says For the Troops.

Couldn't get enough of these umbrella's.

Even the dogs got into spirit.

Normally this beach just has a few. But not today.

Yes, yes I have been really bad and haven't shared any of my pic since I have been home.

Europe was a blast, thanks Brooke and Mo for such a great adventure. I have already started making a list of places I want to visit next time. We visited Rome, Paris, Venice, and many Greek Islands.

As millions of mothers around the world today are celebrating mothers day, I thought I would talk about my mom. Over the years as my nieces and nephews have increased in numbers, I begin to wonder how my mom ever did it with nine. Yes I said NINE! With that many kids money was aways tight but that didn't stop my mom from finding ways to entertain us. I remember transforming everyday objects into pieces of art and toys. When people ask me about some of the creative things I have come up with over the years I tell them that I learned it all from my mom. She is a talented creative smart woman that I still don't understand how she isn't in a loony house from all her children.

This past week I was able assist one of my favorite non-profits with photos for their event, Belle of the Ball hosted by Girls Inc. Belle of the Ball helps provide prom dresses and accessories to girls so they can attend prom without the high cost. This was my second year photographing this event and it continues to be a great joy.

Flat MacKenzie Part 2

Sorry folks for the delay, here is flat Mackenzie part 2!

Flat Mac and I continued our trek through Disneyland. Here she is posing outside the famous Mickey head. Aren't the flowers pretty?

She wouldn't leave without getting her pic taken at the "A" in California.

She never amazed me at how many friends she made that day. He she is with the tram driver. Oh Flat Mac you are such a ham.

She didn't feel like she got to see enough of the park from the ground, so she hoped a ride for a better look out. Can you find Flat Mac?

After all that walking around at Disneyland she began to get hungry again. I took her to my favorite hamburger place. IN N' Out. Yum!

From here Flat Mac could see Balboa Island, where her favorite Tia lives. You will have to ask her about the bed and breakfast she stayed at while on the island.

At that sun wore her out so she decided to sit in the shade for awhile.

After a little rest Flat Mac bounced right back and made me a sandcastle.

Here she is trying to get in the tide pools. I don't think Mackenzie told her what would happen if she got wet.

She didn't want to go home so she tried to hide from me in the sand pale.

After the beach Flat Mac kept asking to go swimming so this is what we came up with.

All that swimming made her hungry. Mackenzie told me her favorite dessert is ice cream. I found her outside at my friends house getting into some trouble.

Once back home in seattle these cuties were there to greet her.

Flat MacKenzie Part 1

A few weeks back my niece sent me her version of Flat Stanley. For those who aren't familiar with Stanley let me give you a little bio. Flat Stanley was created by Dale Hubert in hopes to increase literacy and community building activity for students of all ages, teachers and families. This is done through creating flat versions of themselves and sending them to family members or friends all over the world. The recipient of "Flat Stanley"is record and photograph the adventures and mail them back to the student. I was privileged to not only record flat MacKenzie adventures but to present to MaKenzies 1st grade class.

Over the next few posts I will try to recapture that presentation.

After the long ride in the mail Flat Mac, wanted a bite to eat so I took her to my favorite Taco place, Taco Mesa in Costa Mesa. Yummy tacos! Good thing is was taco tuesday and that tacos were only a dollar because Flat Mac can really eat.

After leaving the rain of Seattle Flat Mac asked to see some Oranges. Flat Mac loves oranges.

I thought would give Flat Mac a little history lesson about the orange fields of Southern California. This is one of the last Orange groves in the City of Orange. Most of the groves have been turned into housing developments and malls.

After the groves, Flat Mac and I went to Disneyland and chatted with the some of the employees. Flat Mac sure does like to talk. She made friends all over the park.

She tried to hop a ride on the monorail, but lucky I caught her before she got past the gates.

Flat Mac being a tourist, she decided to stop and take a picture by the giant legos at Downtown Disney.

I stopped to tie my shoe and before I knew it Flat Mac had run off. I found her climbing a pole. Flat Mac don't you know better.

After I got her down, the alligator tried to have her for dinner!

After I saved her Flat Mac wanted to get her hair fixed, that alligator made a mess out of it. It just happens that the same hair studio that Hanna Montana goes to had an opening.

After getting her hair done, Flat Mac decided to try on some clothes. She is lot like the real MacKenzie in that way, so into fashion.

Next, we went into the Disney store and Mackenzie made friends with all the Mikeys. Here she is trying to hide from me again.

This last week I was able to go visit the Chickens and snap a few pictures of the Baby Chick. He has grown into such a big boy (30+ pounds). When I visit the chickens, I over look going to the gym because of all the extra weight I end up carrying around. Oh my back.

As a few of you know my moms garage burnt down last week. After the damage was survived we all counted our blessings that it didn't touch the house or the propane tank that was 15 feet away. Image the damage if the propane tank would have gone up. Oh man! After much work from the Carnation fire department the fire was finally put out. Way to go guys! Yes everyone is safe.

The served as storage for many things but the most important was a collection of more then 60 penguins (her dear little friends) and her Christmas decorations that she has been collecting since we were kids.

I know that my readership isn't grand like the pioneer woman or the famous OC childrens photographer Tara Whitney but I do know that I get readers from all over the country and the world. I plead for you to send me Penguins big or small, fat or tall to help my mom rebuild her penguin collection. Even if she got one Penguin from my readers she would know that you care and the penguin collection will once again be strong.

Yesterday my niece and her friend and I went and saw the Nutcracker. As many of you know this is a long ballet and so I was very surprised by how quietly they sat for the duration of the show.

Glad to hear the kitchen is safe from the boys now.

Ok I said it I am a geek and many of you know it. So with that said I am happy to share what I learned this morning.

As I opened my sleepy eyes I reached for my phone (myTouch by T-mobile) to check my email and peek at the blogs that I stock, you know who you are, so any how I noticed that I had some updates to install, one being an updated version to Google Maps. This is an app that many of my friends and family cried with joy when I told them I would no longer be calling them from random locations to look up directions on how to get me out of a pinch. Remembering a few weeks back hearing about Google's Navigation beta (turn by turn directions with voice) I crossed my fingers hoping that this update would be the update of all updates. I installed and then quickly began searching google maps for new features. Not finding what I was looking for I quickly went the resource of all resources when it comes to andriod phones, www.androidcommunity.com
Sure enough on the front page I found what I was looking for

turn by turn directions with voice! Yes a FREE navigation system right in my phone. This is a happy day. No more trying to read a small dark screen while driving!

I think I might just have to drive some random places and see how well this works.

So all of you out there using iphones, top this! Love you Google!

Last week I did an event for Make A Wish of Orange County / Inland Empire called Broadway Wishes. This event featured talent such as Megan Hilty (Glinda from Wicked), Paul Canaan (Broadway version of Legally Blonde), Laura Bell Bundy (also from Legally Blonde), Norm Lewis (Miss Saigon), and Laura Osnes (NBC’s reality show, Grease: You’re the One That I Want) to name a few. This event was truly an amazing evening with talent bursting at the seams.

Some of my photos can be seen on OCRegister.com in the people watch section on slides 5, 42, 43, 44, and 45. In addition to photographing the event, I was able to meet some great members of the local press. Being able to socialize with others who understand my craft is always a treat.

Before heading out to NY, a friend and I did a road trip to Bodie California. Bodie is an old mining town, now turned ghost town, about a hour outside Mammoth.
This was a great road trip and suggest it to anyone who wants to see a town that time forgot. Thanks Katie for the suggestion.

LoveBug in New York City - take 2

This has taken a little longer then expected (got to love computers), but without further a due here are more pictures from NY.

What is so special about this? Just yesterday I was spinning my Nat on my head. Come on guys you can do better then this. :)

LoveBug in New York City - part 1

One of the most important experiences I learned from my Guatemala trip was to love the people that were also there to serve. It was during this time I made four new friends and came closer to an old friend. This past weekend I was able to reconnect with them in NYC. Girls it was a blast and can't wait to see you all again.

While in Seattle we made a few trips to the local "Beaches". Washington beaches much different then Southern California. These beaches mostly contain drift wood and course sand. Most of all you never know what the weather will do. The one thing you can count on rain is in the forecast :)

One of the many friendships that began to blossom while I was in Guatemala was with my friend Sarah. Sarah was so kind to invite V and I out to DC to enjoy the SHe DC Guatemala reunion. This was a short trip but was nothing short of AMAZING. While I was visiting I had the chance to venture out and explore the nations capital and feel the pride of living in a free country. Sarah thank you for letting me stay at Hotel Worlton, I had a fab time and can't wait to see you again in NY for my birthday weekend with the Girls of the Polochic.

Wednesday a friend and I went to Balboa Park in San Diego for the day and came across some pretty cool things, namely a polka band and seniors that love, I repeat love to polka. Oh and a dog that loves to have his picture taken.

SHe Guatemala 2009

As many of you know I went to Guatemala and was able to act as the photographer for SHe and Choice Humanitian.

This was my second time to a developing country and each time I leave my safety bubble of Southern California I try to prepare myself for what I may see,

but there is nothing that can be done to prepare yourself for what you may feel. The Guatemalan people have love that is hard to describe with words and can be only felt.

Here are a few of the things I saw and experienced while I was there.

Nat arranged for us to meet up with some of her friends in Guatemala City for the day. It was fun getting to know some of the locals and seeing the sites of Antigua. Thanks for playing tour guide guys. I had a blast.

I quickly feel in love with her friends daughter. Isn't she the cutest?

On the way to the Polochic Valley were stopped for lunch and were able to take in some of the beauty of Guat country side.

This is just a few of the many children that loved to have their picture taken. I felt so popular carrying my trusty 30D around. Oh 5D MII I missed you more then I missed electricity.

And last some of the many spiders and bugs that we made friends with. Frogs, bugs, spiders and cockroaches that joined us for dinner on more then one occasion.

I hope that I was able to provide Choice and SHe with images of this trip that will be charished for years to come.

Cousins at the beach

Well I know many of you are looking for a Guatemala posting, but you are just going to have to wait until tomorrow. :) I will say it was one of the best trips I have been on in quite sometime.

One of the many sisters from up north came down for a short trip and on her last day back we took the kids to the beach.

So good to see all of you and glad to hear the drive back was safe.

Can't wait to see you all in a couple of weeks.

On Thursday I celebrated Children's Day at the Orange County fair with my niece. We had a blast.

She climbed the rock wall and won a pink frog. Way to go Maya!

Shared an ice cream. It was so yummy!

Made friends with animals. Maya couldn't get enough of the goats. Emily remember when you kissed one?

This one I was actually brave enough to go on.

PhotoWalk -- Laguna Beach -- OC photographer

Yesterday I participated in the annual WorldWide Photo walk. Some of you may remember that last year I went to Old Town Orange. This year I decided I wanted some beach photos so I went to Laguna Beach and met up with about 50 other photographers. I think Orange had more to offer in the means of textures and colors but the beach definitely had more people.

It was interesting watching this girl just stare into the waves. You also don't seem many kids wearing dresses on the beach.

The other day I went to the beach with the kids and played lifeguard.

It was great fun, but ended up a little burnt.

Everywhere we went people were giving us props for taking seven kids under the age of five out in public.

Special note: Maya you can't swim without a life vest! I don't know how many times I pulled her out of the deep end.

This is my little friend Ashton. We quickly became great friends. Isn't she the cutest!

I think I might have to borrow her sometime. :)

Michael Jackson Memorial -- Fan style

When I moved from Seattle to Orange County, I lost some of the interesting people that I came in contact with everyday. Being in LA for the Michael Jackson Memorial I was able to relive some of this entertainment.

This guy was so awesome. He made and designed this walking billboard using an LCD TV and a iphone. In his backpack he had batteries that would last a full day. Matt and I both agreed that he ranked #1 for best use of technology.

We saw many people paying their respects by dressing up as Michael. I want to say they were all as nice as the real Michael Jackson.

Due to the lack of large turn out of fans, the LA Police seemed a bit bored at times, so I made friends with several of them.

Yesterday I went to Staples center without a ticket to celebrate the life of Michael Jackson with other fans that didn't get a golden ticket.

This was so much fun!

I have tons and tons of photos of my adventure with my friend Matt. I think I met over 50 people not to mention all the many police that I made friends with.

I am still amazed by how much he was loved.

Trying to avoid terrible LA traffic, which was rated worst in the nation this morning, Matt and I took the train into LA. This was the first time for both of us and greatly enjoyed it.

One lucky fan that was given a golden ticket while just walking the streets!

This is Elsa. She was a perfect example of the many people exercising her right to capitalism.

I can't remember what this ladies real name was but she insisted on being called Jesus.

4th of July on Balboa Island -- Orange county children's Photographer

Happy 4th of July!

Sorry this is a bit late, but this year I was extremely busy trying to promote LoveBug Portraits and having fun with friends. Here are some of things I saw on the 4th.

I know the quality isn't the best, but I so loved watching this kid run around with a blanket turned into a cape.

This girl so has an older brother that she thinks the world of.

So much fun!

Kim, the creator of the Gummy Bear game. This year we got so many questions about what we were doing with Gummy Bear's stuck to our forehead. Duh, playing the stick a Gummy Bear to your forehead game.

Every year these kids come and sell 4th of July stuff. I love the idea that their parents are teaching them how to make a dollar.

As a side note, I would love to hear about what you think of me going to downtown LA tomorrow to take some photos of Michael Jackson fans. The police are saying don't come unless you have tickets or need to be downtown. I think this could be some interesting photos if you ask me.

The loss of a great artist

As many of you know the world is grieving the loss of one of the greatest musical artists of all times, Michael Jackson. I have followed Michael's career ever since I can remember. Being a child of the 80's it was hard to turn on the radio and not hear one of his songs. It may just be my hormones, but over the last few days I have found myself almost to the point of tears thinking about his death. He was greatly misunderstood and lived a life that many wouldn't want, but for some reason I feel for the family and his children. He was an amazing ARTIST that can never be replaced.

A few days ago a friend and I took a field trip to the LA Farmers Market. So many things to see. I could have been there all day taking pictures, if it weren't for the traffic back to orange county.

LoveBug Portraits -- Newport Kids

Today I was able to check off one of my goals for LoveBug Portraits. It felt so good. After many hours of work and gluing I was able to put up large pictures at Newport Kids Upscale Resale Clothing on Newport Blvd. The feeling after I got them on the walls was better then my birthday. I can't describe the feeling of looking back and seeing MY PICTURES hanging on the wall. Yes MY PICTURES. It was an amazing day.

These shoots don't do it justice at all, so you will have to go by and see them for yourself. If you make it over to the store I would love to hear what you think about them.

SHe and the people of Guatemala

As many of you know I love to help others. One of my friends turned me on to the SHe humanitation project which helps the people of the Polochic Valley in Guatemala. It so happens that my old friend Scott Porter is heading up this project. Props for Scott and gang.

The goals of the project are to:

Provide assistance to a region of great need.
Provide training to local people, allowing them to move towards becoming a self-developing community.
Provide opportunities to experience Guatemalan culture through working side-by-side with the local people, participating in joint community and social events, and visiting the homes of Guatemalans.
Inspire others to pursue or create similar projects to serve around the world in the future.

I am going to cash in my flyer miles and credit card points to make this happen. I currently I am short $300. In hopes of raising I will be auctioning off a few prints. The winners will make tax ductable donations to SHe and not to me.

These are one of a kind prints and will only be printed once for the winner. This means you will own a one of a kind photo from your truely. You choose the size and I will cut a custom matte to fit your frame and mail or hand deliver the print. For those of you who don't have a mothers day present yet this would be great gift.

The starting bid on each print is $50. If you would like to bid on a photo that other then the ones listed in this post that you have seen on my blog please email me and I would love to add it to the list.

This is kind of casserole of a post. The last few days have been filled with many images from a variety of places.

On Wednesday I tried to take some more new born pics of my new niece but she fought the whole way and we ended up calling it off but not before I could get a few pictures. As you can see she wasn't as happy I was to be taking them. In one of the pics you can clearly see her giving me the finger. I guess I deserved it, I did take off all her clothes in the front yard and put her in a basket while she was trying to sleep. Who wouldn't get pissed off at that?

The next day I went to a thrift store with a friend and came across an odd thing. People who left family pictures in frames that were donated to the thrift store. For someone that takes pictures for a living I just scratched my head and wondered about the stories behind the pictures. There were several of the same person in multiple frames, divorce, death ...?

I would love to hear some creative stories that some of you might make up to go long with them.

Last weekend I had the pleasure of meeting up with the winners of my Giving is Amazing contest that did back in Dec of 08. Not knowing what to expect I was pleasantly surprised to meet one of the most loving families. Shy and Colby you were a delight to play with and shoot. I hope that you will love these as much as I do.

I told the Chickens that Mary Poppins is coming to visit them in Seattle today (not totally untrue, but I am a lot like Mary in that I sing songs and play games. Little do they know that something better then Mary Poppins will be showing up at their door later tonight. With that I am must grab my umbrella prepare for my flight.

Looking forward to the mini sessions at Newport Kids once I get back.

April 18th I will be doing in-store (really outback) session at Newport Kids. Each session will last from 15 – 20 minutes and you will receive a private online gallery with 10 - 15 images. Ernie has been very busy lately helping me work on some marketing material and reminded me I made a promise a few weeks back that I would post more of him. Back in December Ernie and the gang when to the Santa Ana Zoo. He was causing all kinds of problems with his partners in crime. Oh man Ernie you can't seem to keep out of trouble.

Nope this isn't snakes on a plane, but snakes at the zoo. Ernie these are getting a little close.

Last time I talked to Bert, he said Ernie had a bit of a problem keeping things clean back in NY, but hanging with the pigs Ernie. Isn't this a bit extreme?
